Melrose Shirt
Lace Shirt is created by repurposing four second hand garments, which are deconstructed and patchworked to form a new fabric that showcases the original textile and craftsmanship of the previous garments.
The shirt is a relaxed boxy fit shirt with a large inverted box pleat on the back, dropped shoulder and Corozo nut button closure at the centre front.
We meticulously handpick second-hand garments from the UK to create each piece. Every item is one-of-a-kind and will be similar to, yet distinct from, the garment shown.
We believe in the importance of a circular economy, where garments are kept within the clothing cycle to preserve their original purpose and value.
Materials: Repurposed polyester sourced from second hand and vintage suppliers.
